What am I doing?
I'm new to this blogging thing, and I thought the best way to learn was to just jump right in. So the main theme of this blog will be my running, but I'll probably be throwing a lot of other stuff up here just to learn what I can do.
I'll start by saying a few things about my running. I use my running as traning for the other sports I like to play, such as soccer and ultimate. However, I've recently begun to enjoy running for the solo athletic prusuit that it is. In the last year and a half, I've run four 10k with a PB of 47:30. I'm beginning to entertain the thought of trying a marathon so I'm planning on using this site as my running diary.
So here goes.
I was out this afternoon for about 30 minutes of easy running. My pace was roughly 6 minutes per km. I'll probably keep that pace for January and February, and then start speeding things up when the snow and ice melt.
